HUNTY 14-Day Return Policy

At Hunty, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

✅ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
✅ Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
✅ The item must be returned in its original packaging.
✅ Final sale items, accessories, and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email our Hunty Support Team at hello@huntyclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
• If the return is due to a wrong or defective item, we will cover the shipping cost.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
