HUNTY SHIPPING POLICY
At Hunty, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.
- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
3. U.S. SHIPPING ONLY
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.
4. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, contact us at hello@huntyclub.com.
5. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
- Hunty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
- If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, check with your local post office or carrier.

6. ADDRESS ERRORS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
7. PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERED ITEMS
- If your item is a pre-order or backordered, the estimated shipping date will be listed in the product description.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available.
